The Steel Billet Preheating System consists of IGBT  power supply,induction heater,automatic feeding device,infrared thermometer device and PLC control console.Equipped with different inductors,our equipment can satisfy the processing requirement of different sizes billet heating and different target heating temperature.At the same time,our Steel Billet Preheating System can hold the billet temperature for processing and record the temperature of each billet automatically.

Forever Furnace Service Commitment:
1.The service mode of “1+2”,that is one sales person and one after-sales person will serve you once you buy our steel bar induction heating equipment.
2.Provide local installment instruction and adjustment free of charge.Responsible for the training for the technician and operator.
3.The whole technical document including the Electricity Schematic Diagram will be provided.
4.One year guarantee period,long term technical service and spare parts support.
5.For the new equipment,we will make a call every 15 days to know the equipment quality status.
6.If the customer equipment fault need to be solved in customer’s factory,we will send technician to solve problem within 24-48 hours.
