In 2009,we design ed and manufacture the first 2500KW skew rolling line used for continuous steel bar heating in China.The skew rolling line can heat the steel bar of Ø19- Ø150 with power from 160KW to 2500KW and frequency from 500Hz to 8000Hz.But the length of steel bar can be according to the customers’ specific requirement.In 2012,we designed and manufactured 4000KW steel bar induction heating line.It save our customer great electricity.
Recently,our higher power equipment reduce the labor cost and increase the working efficiency with PLC whole process control.We supply thousands of sets of heating equipment and heat treatment equipment for hundreds of forging plants. 

Steel ball forging furnace process is as follows:
We use the induction heater to heat the temperature of round steel billet to 850～1100℃.Then the red bar will be sent to skew rolling mill for rolling.
   (1)The round steel bar will be sheared short billet for rolling steel ball.
   (2)Heating the short billet temperature to the proper temperature in the continuous induction heating furnace.
   (3)The red short billet will be rolled into balls in the skew rolling mill.The output is 60-360 balls per minute each skew rolling mill.
   (4)Then the red steel balls will be sent into our heat treating system for hardening and tempering.
   (5)The steel balls will sent to the warehouse after inspection.
Steel ball forging equipment features,
(1)Smooth surface:No surface defection,no deformation and good roundness with forging process.
(2)Internal tight:Compared with casting process,the forging steel has the features of high internal density and fine granularity which reduce the breakage rate.
(3)Both dry and damp grinding available.With superior alloy steel material,the steel ball has good performance of anti-friction and corrosion which is especially used for mine industry.
