Composition for slab induction heating furnace:
1.Transmission system consists of five motors and every motor inverter is from ABB company.
2.Induction heating system consists of four induction heating furnaces(two sets of IF power supply and two thermometers used for measuring quenching temperature and tempering temperature).Besides,the tension meter will check the slab tension.
3.Console is the master control station of the slab induction heating furnace,controlled by PLC and touch screen.
4.Electrical transmission control system can control five motors speed and speed coordination.Inverter adjust motors speed,PLC set speed value,which makes the running speed stable.As different products have different technical parameters,different power settings of induction heating power supply and different electrical transmission speed are needed.When we know a slab running parameters,we can calculate other slabs running parameters.
