Induction bar heater operation principle:  
Automatic operation for induction bar heater:the infrared thermometer measure the bar temperature during processing;the time reply control the production cycle time.The temperature measuring head will leave the bars and rotate an angle,then the pusher will push the bars to inductors.Next the rollers will transmit heated bars to the roller end.Then the top feeder will turn the bars to the discharging rack.During the transmission process,the pusher will return normal and the next bar will turn to the feeding rack.At the same,the thermometer will be back to measurement position and contact bar head.All the above is one time feeding and discharging.Usually,the production line will be equipped with one holding furnace to make the bars have uniform heating.
